Η modular πρόθεση τοποθετεί­ται χωρίς τη χρήση ορθοπεδικού τσιμέντου και διατηρεί ανέπαφους τους μαλακούς ιστούς που στηρίζουν την άρ­θρωση του αγκώνα.
